Report the Project Progress
During these phases of the project, the team can use NotoWare to report the progress of the project to the stakeholders, management team or other interested parties. The report will include the number of impacted procedures, number of affected users and the number of changed software/technology items along with the details for these changes.
Implement Project Changes
Using NotoWare the business teams are able to get an earlier start on training. The NotoWare project will contain the updated procedures to be used for training the impacted users. To enhance the training for users NotoWare provides changes notes to aid with quickly understanding the modifications and also a performance support system to provide users on-the-job learning.
Prepare for Future Projects
At the end of the project, the procedure information is updated with latest information. With this updated information, the business team is prepared and able to facilitate and help accelerate the next process improvement project.
